What this workshop is about
Media, culture, family. They all have an opinion and an impact on who you are or who you should be in love, sex and relationships. Throughout our childhood, adolecence, and young adulthood we - most of the time unaware - come across a lot of expectations that society, culture, religion, or family put on us. Unintentionally we repeat what we see and hear and what we believe to be the „right way“ of living. And in combination with taboos and secrecies around these topics, we often assume, that we are alone with our nagging questions, our pain, fear, guilt or shame. And consequently we suppress who we actually are, dim down what we actually feel is right for us.
In this intense retreat you learn and experience in the group how to shine as your original. We start unraveling adopted belief systems and softening concepts…
