Workshop: All of you. Finding your pleasure and sexual self

What this workshop is about 

Media, culture, family. They all have an opinion and an impact on who you are or who you should be in love, sex and relationships. Throughout our childhood, adolecence, and young adulthood we - most of the time unaware - come across a lot of expectations that society, culture, religion, or family put on us. Unintentionally we repeat what we see and hear and what we believe to be the „right way“ of living. And in combination with taboos and secrecies around these topics, we often assume, that we are alone with our nagging questions, our pain, fear, guilt or shame. And consequently we suppress who we actually are, dim down what we actually feel is right for us.

In this intense retreat you learn and experience in the group how to shine as your original. We start unraveling adopted belief systems and softening concepts of pain, fear, guilt and shame. We reconnect with our bodies and allow ourselves and each other; to be who we are and long to be: our very much alive sexual original.

 What to expect 

• 2 x 1 hour coaching session on personal topics with Siri
• Learning in and through the group (everyone can be your teacher)
• Time to explore yourself with guiding questions by yourself and with others (introspection, journaling, sharing)
• Exercises during classes (selfawarenes, bodyawareness, connection to yourself and others)
• Exercises you can practice at home
• Being part of a sharing circle in between meetings
• Insights what brings you pleasure
• Insights about your sexual fantasies
• Being more and more familiar and at ease with your sexual self, your desires and fantasies
• Expansion of self acceptance and self love

The workshop will be tailored to the people being in the group to allow as much growth for all participants as possible.

 Organizational 

The workshop will take place in May/June  (11.05. - 08.06.) on 5 consecutive Saturdays at my studio (70m2 room) at Elsa-Brändströms-Gata 3A.

The workshop is for humans (+25) of all ages, genders and sexual preferences.  You are welcome to bring all of you, your light and your darkness. You can come with a partner, friend or by yourself. The focus will be on you as an individual.

The course is 5 full days spread over the course of 5 weeks.

The sessions consist out of a mixture of teachings / learnings, discussions, journaling and body awareness exercises.  Breakes are done when needed. Drinks and snacks are provided.

The workshop will take place when at least 6 people register. The workshop closes when 12 people have registered.

The workshop is a drug-free area.

All exercises are based on free will, consent and there is no nudity or sexual touch in the workshop space.
